Introduction

The SHD series high-sensitivity coaxial detectors from Sample Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.  adopt low-barrier Schottky diodes as detection devices, with SMA coaxial connector input and positive or negative detection voltage output. Compared with other series of coaxial detectors manufactured by Sample Technology , the SHD series delivers superior detection sensitivity, featuring a voltage sensitivity up to 1500 mV/mW and a minimum Tangential Signal Sensitivity (TSS) of -52 dBm.

The SHD series also retains outstanding merits including fast response speed, favorable frequency response, wide operating bandwidth, compact size for easy integration. It is applicable to power detection, video detection, amplitude-stabilized loops of signal sources, as well as swept-frequency measurement of transmission and reflection in various military and civilian electronic equipment such as communications systems, radars, electronic warfare systems, navigation devices and microwave measurement instruments. In particular, the SHD series can serve as a drop-in replacement for equivalent imported foreign products.
